Delivery, shipping and collection

If possible, you will receive your order in a single shipment. Unless your order contains items that have to be packaged separately, transported differently or can be delivered at a later date. This does not incur any additional costs. Depending on the product group, we commission different partners who reliably transport your order to your home or to another location of your choice. If you pay in advance or if we ask for a deposit, the delivery dates can be postponed. If an article is not available, you will receive a written notification. Our delivery is subject to the fact that we ourselves are supplied on time and correctly. Compensation for late delivery is excluded, provided that there is no gross negligence on our part. We only ship to delivery addresses within Germany. Please note that the billing address must also be in Germany. In the case of collection, we will inform you as soon as the ordered product is ready for collection.
